The Prints
The prints have been produced by ink jet process onto high quality compatible conservation quality art paper with great attention to detail and accurate repoduction of colour by an experienced specialist fine art printer. Purchasers should be aware that direct sunlight and/or brightly lit rooms may affect the colours of a print. www.jeanroyle.com take no responsibility for fading or changing of colours after purchasing. When framing the prints you are advised to use glass and request conservation quality materials, as lesser quality materials can damage your print very quickly.
Images on this website are used for illustrative purposes
only. Whilst every image on the site is carefully constructed to replicate
the original painting or print as closely as possible, we cannot always
guarantee that the picture on your own computer screen is
an exact match of the original painting or print. This is because of the
many colour variations in computer displays and individual monitor settings.

Accuracy
We have made every possible effort to ensure that the content of www.jeanroyle.com

opportunity. Please be aware that the colours and appearance of artwork
or products may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen. The
items have been photographed at a high resolution but are displayed on
the website at a lower level to enable acceptable download times.

Online shopping and despatch
We aim to despatch all goods to UK addresses between
7 to 21 working days. The postage costs are included
in the price of the item. At busy periods despatch may take up to 28 days.
Despatch and transit times for overseas orders cannot be guaranteed. Queries

Payment
The title of the goods remains with Lucy Copleston until full payment has been cleared. Responsibility for their safety and accidental damage shall pass to the customer on safe delivery. All transactions are subject to our terms and conditions. These conditions shall form the basis of a contract between Lucy Copleston and the customer. English law shall be the proper law of the contract.
Packaging
All prints are supplied in transparent conservation quality sleeves and
are contained within a postal tube. Lucy Copleston's contact and
mailing details are supplied with your order.

Damaged Goods and Return of Items
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. In the unfortunate event of any item arriving damaged or not fulfilling your expectations, please read the following information.
Damage in Transit: Lucy Copleston takes no responsibility for damage incurred during transit. If the packaging is damaged, make a note of the external damage on the Carriers's delivery paperwork at the time of delivery. Should the Carrier not allow you to do this, the damaged item should be rejected and the Carrier requested to return the packaging to Lucy Copleston.
Examine the contents of your delivery and confirm your claim for damage to Lucy Copleston immediately by phone. Written details of the claim should also be sent as soon as possible after delivery. Any packaging must be retained for inspection. Compliance with this requirement shall be a condition of any claim. In the event that a successful claim for damages has been made, a full refund of the item cost will be given to the customer. Any packaging must be retained for inspection. Unsuitable Items: Should an item be supplied that is unsuitable, the customer must inform Lucy Copleston immediately. The mailing address and all contact details wil be supplied with your order. Provided the item is returned in perfect condition, a full refund of the item cost will be given (excluding post and packing).
Cancellation: As a UK consumer you may cancel your order within seven working days, beginning after the day of receipt, by notifying Lucy Copleston in writing. The mailing address will be supplied via requests using the contacts form, or by phoning. The item must be returned in perfect condition and there must be no creases or finger marks on the returned item. Lucy Copleston shall claim full compensation for any loss or expense (packing and delivery costs for example) arising from such cancellation.

If you are buying a print this does not give you the right to copy or
reproduce the image in any way. You must not use, reproduce, modify or
distribute our images or any part of those images in any manner, whatsoever
including as a logo. It should be noted that Jean Royle Estate retains
copyright on all the artwork. Unauthorised reproduction of any image, either
for personal or commercial use is fraudulent. This will be treated as a
Copyright Infringement and legal action will be taken. You do not have
permission to download any images from this site and use them for any purpose
other than to view them on your own computer whilst browsing the site.
